Hola, water lovers!

The Buller River is still raging! Two-boat trips only. (That’s so one boat can rescue another if trouble happens!! Not for the fainthearted!!) But we have a few days of fair weather coming tomorrow, so the river level will quickly fall to less challenging, but still thrilling, levels. For those of you from tamer climes, the Buller River may seem rather dramatic. And it is! With a large catchment and torrential downpours (think 1 metre in less than 24 hours), the water levels can rise rather quickly. Not your typical Arizona river! We don’t say “mighty” Buller River for nothing.
